I recently got a short-term job (three-month stint). I am heading off to graduate school in the fall, so buying/leasing would be impractical. Rental rates are astronomical. I would be willing to pay on a month-by-month basis. I live in Virginia, and I'm willing to travel anywhere in the mid-Atlantic to pick it up. Thanks!
