Would someone be willing to compress my thoughts into a poem?

hey guys. ive been real upset i lost my best friend of 10 years and i have all these jumbled thoughts and i want to put them together in a poem and i cant. i want her to see this poem too...
here are my thoughts: we've been through eveything together good and bad
we did everything together. i miss her so much no matter how much i try to forget her ill always love her
i cry writing this right now.
she replaced me and it tears my heart apart but nothing will ever change the way i feel about her
i cant talk with anyone the way i used to be able to talk to her or share things

if you guys can help me out id greatly appriciate it
 
As the tears fall
on these pages of phrases
Your memory still stands tall.

Through it all
we grew with changes
You will not be forgotten at all....
