Would/Should you finish an associate's degree if it puts you behind for the...

...Bachelor's degree? If you had to cram in all the associate's degree requirements over the summer and fall semesters in hopes to finally finish an associate's degree BUT you wouldn't be able to take other courses that you want to take[like Cal III & diff. equations]? You MAYBE plan to maybe minor in math and study 2 years of Japanese[only offered at the university]. You don't know what you really plan to major in but you choose to pick whichever degree that puts you closer to receiving that piece of paper[which seems to be a BA in math]. What would you do?

Considering you have to take 2 more semesters of English, 2 semesters of a foreign language, and other courses. So to finish an associate's will take at LEAST two semesters depending on what is offered and when.
