im tryin to loose weight and i work out 5 days a week, and eat healthy.
im only been on this for a week.
breakfast: shake that contains banana, milk, pecans and oatmeal.
lunch: salad always wit chicken, etc.
dinner: is the same as my breakfast.
but through out the day i still eat fruits wen i fel hungry.
but im very sexually active and im only 17..will havin sex complicate things for me to loose weight?
from what i kno girls do gain weight but will i have trouble loosin weight?
