Would one Orion HCCA 10.2 be better than 2 15's?

Right now I have 2 15" powerbass m-15d's They are wired at 4 Ohms to a ssl 4000D.

Would those be louder than an orion hcca 10.2 wired at 1 ohm to the same amp?
