I want to trade in my 1998 Chevy Cavalier (23 MPG combined) for a 1997 (34 MPG combined). I think the car you trade in has to be like 18 MPG for the instant $4,500 but isn't there an option for higher cars? like you get the same amount if you trade for a car that has an improvement of 10 MPG? If my car qualifies, can I do this thing at any used car dealership?
Would my car qualify for the Cash for Clunkers deal?
