I was thinking about joining a gym around my house.And i have 2 that are really close to me. 1 is a Xsport fitness and the other is a Cardinal fitness. I was just wondering if anyone has worked out at them and if they are good? Which would you suggest? and just as a side note did any of them have a punching bag area?
