We are fairly new to the saltwater hobby. We have a 35 Gal tank with a bio wheel filtration system. We have 2 Clarks Clownfish, a blue damsel, Koran Angelfish, Mandarin Goby, and a Lionfish. We also have cleaner snails, crabs, ornamental shrimp, and about 30 lbs of live rock. I had 2 anemones- they died and almost ruined my tank. I want to add some coral or more anemones but I am terrified bc I dont want more problems with the tank. I dont know if I need a sump and power heads...Can someone please give me some advice about where to begin?

Be prepared to spend more money. Cost of corals, GOOD lighting to grow, powerhead for water movement. Protein skimmers are recommended. You might need a chiller if the room the tank is in is warm and your lighting heats up the water too much. That could cost a few hundred dollars alone. Also, lionfish aren't reef safe. You'd have to get rid of the lionfish if you want corals.

The reason why anemones died in your aquarium is, what type of lighting do you have? what are your parameters....
Dont get corals or anemones until you have upgraded lighting, established water parameters, established tank.
Your tank is way overstocked at this point. You cant stock saltwater like freshwater. Koran angelfish will need around 175 gallons, and depending on the lionfish, they arent reef safe and need around 75-125 gallon.
You need to first restock your aquarium, upgrade your lighting. Learn about advanced water chemistry, and establish your aquarium. Corals and anemones are sensitive and do require special needs.
