sentencung phase of his trial? I know that he will not be found not guilty by reason of insanity. But the fact that he does suffer from mental illness could draw sympathy from some jurors. Do you think jurors might be inclined to spare him the death penalty because he's crazy, or will they put him down like a rabid dog. Both courses make sense.
