I'm a senior in high school and I just recently came down with some type of virus that started on Sunday. Monday morning when I woke up for school, I had a headache, felt slightly weak, and my sinus' were blocked. I thought I would be good the next day but found that my illness was only getting worse, so I took this day off to get better for Wednesday. I informed my school on what the situation was and they understood. After all, we ARE in the flu season. Right now, I should be in the bed resting up but I need to get my homework done for the next day. I'm still feeling sick with an annoying headache but I think that missing 3 days of school in a row is a bit crazy. I felt like I missed enough work. Should I stay home again or just tough it out and go to school?
Would it seem crazy to miss 3 days of school in a row due to illness?
