I was making a presentation about the greek mathematicians and came across these lines from a particular site.
"Eudemus attributed to him the discovery that a circle is bisected by its diameter, that the base angles of an isosceles triangle are equal and that vertical angles are equal. It would be hard to imagine civilization without these theorems."
It would be hard to imagine civilization without these theorems? how so?
