Would it be wrong to use CS gas as a practical joke on someone?

Im not even sure where I could buy any CS gas, I'm not sure If they even sell it to civilians. I just thought it would be a funny joke to pull on some friends, and its not lethal.
Ok im not mentally disturbed or twisted in the head,......im just bored.
 
Yes, it would be wrong.

And evidence of a mentally disturbed person, frankly.

Get help.
 
I don't think it would be funny. Just get some pepper spray and spray the room. Similar results. Not funny to me unless you have real weird friends. But CS would be extreme.
 
CS gas can be lethal if used incorrectly (such as high doses in an enclosed space).

Anyways, you are causing physical harm and emotional distress to an unsuspecting person using it on them. Have you ever heard of assault?
