would it be worth the money hooking my 6x9's and 4x6's to a amp that pushes...

Yeah because even though most headunits say 4X50 watt they actually give out like 26rms.
The sound quality would be a lot better and you'd be able to push the speakers harder.
Wouldn't get much difference in bass from the 6x9's but the sound would be louder and clearer.
 
i wouldnt waste the money. the deck will put out enough power for the speakers. its not worth the time, money or trouble.
