Would it be wiser to go slow or switch from eating beef,mutton,etc to wildebeest,wild

geese,kangaroo,camel? Including billions of wild game at the poles, African plains,Australian outbacks,etc which are left to waste?Is there a need for such increasing populations? Aren't mankind not making enough effort to explore new sources of food, and to feed millions who die of hunger every minute?
