Would it be weird to call?

I lost contact with a childhood friend about 3 years ago (we're 19 now). I haven't been able to contact her on myspace or facebook, and I lost her cell phone number, but I found her parents' house number. Would it be weird to call them right now and ask about her?
 
No, unless you stopped talking due to some sort of bad issue. otherwise, there should be no problems
