I've known this girl for about 2-3 weeks and I like her, but I want to know if she likes me. We've talked a few times, just about general stuff, but she is extremely shy. When we talk, I start the conversations 90% of the time.

Is it weird if I just ask her if she is really really shy or if I'm getting annoying?

If she says she's shy, maybe she's interested and if she says I'm annoying, I can stop wasting my time and energy trying to get to know this girl more.
