Would it be too weird to be with a guy that my sister has hooked up with?

I want to have a friends with benefits relationship with a good guy friend of mine. He liked me but I guess got frustrated because I don't really want a serious relationship, so he hooked up with my sister (who is all over him!). They have hooked up just twice and she doesn't want anything more..
btw I haven't gotten very far.
