Would it be smarter to join the Air Force or go to college, I want to do both...

Well it really depends on your situation and your..."calling" I guess is one way of putting it.

You see if you have the resources to go to college on a decent amount of money from a scholarship or funds from family then go for College in Criminal Justice.

If its a socio-economic reason, the Air-Force can serve as a great provider for your tuition and you will be doing what you'd like I suppose. It's the best of both worlds.

In other word, just do what best suits you, not what other people here think is the smarter choice, what do we know, we aren't in your shoes. =D Am I right? haha well best of luck on either decision you make.

Best,

You can do both.

You could either:

Go to college, do ROTC, then join the airforce as an officer.

Or you could join the airforce and have the military pay for you college.

It's up to you.

im doing the exact same thing.. i chose college, criminal justice... then air force after college cuz i dont wanna do everything at once. up to you... u might forget everything when your 40.. ( if your goin 20yrs of course)

Depends on if you can comfortably afford college. If you can, it's probably smarter to get your education first. If not, the military is a super way to pay for college. Plus, a Jr. officer's life is much more plush than a Jr. Enlisted person's.
