Would it be safe to Update the BIOS with the Q-Flash Utility ?

My Motherboard comes with Q-Flash and @BIOS
According to my Manuel, its saying:

"Because BIOS flashing is a potentially risky, please do not do it with caution. Inadequate BIOS flashing may result in system malfunction."

This is telling me to be extra cautious about it. Does your Motherboard come with this?
 
I have updated many times the Bios with no problems so far.
The only risk is to have a power failure while you do it.Also keep always a backup of the old BIOS file.

erm that is a hard on.......try it and see
 
Under the advice of HP, I flashed the BIOS for an update on my laptop computer.

It destroyed my computer beyond recovery. HP then proceeded to tell me they never told me to do that.

I recommend against any BIOS flashes.
