I'm having my house redone (tree fell on it) and my room needs to be fixed. I'm repainting it when they're finished. However, I need to have wallpaper on my walls because underneath it is like basement walls. I don't know the name of them lol.. It's the kind you can punch through.
Anyway, I was thinking of doing white wallpaper, and if I decide to paint it another color would I be able to paint over it?
