It's not OK in Gaza, it's just that no one can challenge the state of Israel/USA. Israel's wall is like the Berlin Wall, and is a reflection of their Iron Wall mentality, which figures if they wall themselves in then no one can get to them to kill them. The are, ironically, building themselves into their own concentration camp. It's the way they have learned to live, but it's not OK because it antagonizes and makes enemies of everyone else. Almost everything Israel does is working against it and only serves to make matters worse, not better.
