the fence and into his garden? his cat is crapping all over my garden and it's starting to really bug me as it means i cant let my two girls out to play without having to go out and scrap up his moggys poo. should i start flicking it back into his garden or put it onto his front step for him to do with what he pleases?

Haha! Yeah, why not? I do it to my neighbours as their stinky moggy does it all the time.

Their cat, their cr*p!

I would talk to him about it and if he does not do something then i would bag it and deliver it to his property.

Absolutely! Simply tell him what has happened and the responsibility for his animal rests with him. If he tells you where to go, i would do a poo on his doorstep in the middle of the night.

Thats detante, mate.

That's not a very neighborly approach. Have you considered talking with him about the problem? Perhaps there is some way the two of you can work this out.

good luck!

I wouldn't put it in his garden because that could actually contaminate the food if he's growing food there, but you should definitely make your point. IF you've already been neighborly and talked to him about this in a tactful way, AND if he hasnt responded to that, then you could put it in a bag, hand it back to him in person and say "I think your cat left this in my yard on accident." If you say it lightly, I think you'll get the point across in a nice way. After all, you want the problem solved (no more cat poop), you don't want to start making enemies with your neighbors if there's a way to solve the problem without making enemies.
