...galaxie 500 ford? a few weeks ago i just started a new job which is 3 1/2 miles from my house and about the beginning of last week my 1987 Chevy S-10 truck broke down it needs a new transmition and a few other things to get it running again i have a 1967 ford galaxie 500 that runs great but needs just a tad bit to get it perfect for road ready it wouldnt cost that much but it would use slightly more gas i dont have alot of money as of right now i am driving a 1988 GMC silverado but its my fathers i can drive it as long as i want but obviously im not going to drive it forever i am going to need my own ride but with my situation do you all think it would be better to fix the few problems on the galaxie 500 or get a new ride i will be selling my Chevy S-10 for as much as i can get out of it so that will help a little bit

get a new car
if your car is breaking down, you might as well get a brand new car because other parts might start to break.
it would be a pain to keep on fixing things

keep the galixy. the motor is alot simoler then new cars so if something breaks it will be alot easier to put the part on
