Would it be a good idea to make a list of the things you want in a life partner?

I m writing a list right now so that when i meet women i can compare them to the list and therefore know if they are the right kind of girl i want to be involved with, good idea or bad? Why?

.Whatever works for you. Most people know what qualities they desire and what they don't without having to write them down...many things are negotiable or can be compromised on as well. If you are seeking some "ideal" gal, then be prepared for a possible long wait until you cross paths, depending on how specific your criteria are.
