As in some us sports.
People like alex ferguson/wenger etc would be head coaches and the GM would just bring players in for them they will have little say at which players they got brought in. (some may have a say)
Then the head coaches can just concentrate on coaching and not players contracts etc.
Or would this not work in the premier league
