Would ingrown hairs stop you from having sex with someone?

If the first time you saw someone naked and they had ingrown hairs (fair amount of them) in the pubic area would that potentially stop you from continuing on with to have sex with them.

PS Whats the best thing to say to someone before they see it. "don't worry baby it's just ingrown hairs"?
