Hi guys, my name is james currie i come from scotland in the uk im 22 years old. About 5 months ago i suffered a panic attack on the bus coming back from the cinema with my fiance after seeing the last exorsism. whilst on the bus i got an overwhelming sense of panic i had an irrational beleif that the devil was taking over me i couldnt catch my breath and was shaking so we went straight to the hospital where the doctor checked me over and told me it was a panic attack. ever since then i have been unable to have a full nights sleep, enjoy anything or think clearly i have seen four docs and a phycoligist who have diagnosed me with mild depression and anxiety. my symptoms are disturbed sleep,overactive-racing mind, breaking down into tears for no reason,aggitation,exessive anger and irrational thoughts and fears of going insane or having schizophrenia/bi polar disorder.
