...Davidson Rider? He rides down my street too fast and too loud, he's too quick for me to squirt him with a water hose, and when i yell at him he doesn't hear me cause his HD is too loud, then he gives me the finger, and he has tattoo's
How about if I put a sign up warning that any HD Riders that speed down my street may get shot with a paint ball gun?
Would that make it legal?
 
you cant just mess with a harley man they dont play games and the signs will just make it worse they would stop and rev. the motor up real loud and maybe even go faster just to drive you nuts and as for shooting him with a paint ball gun you could cause him to wreck and then you would be in bigger trouble with him and his crew/friends will drive by and make it even louder so call the cops or ignore it
 
shoot him with a paintball gun in considered assault with a deadly weapon (lol i know) so yes you would go to jail.. however what works great is taking video footage and calling the police, giving them the footage and they are going to catch him eventually.. if you don't have that kind of patience you could always place pull your vehicle out in the road to bring him to a stop.. i'm not saying pull out at the last second just get him to stop and have a little chat
 
You can be arrested. Stop and warn him.
If he acts rude you can :-
*Break his leg. (Call some friends if necessary.)
*Damage his HD.
*Crash your car on it.

If you prefer to do it legally take a video and call 911
