M Me New member Oct 28, 2010 #1 I'm not that fit and I have low iron so I do get quite tired easily. Tomorrow I have a 10 hour shift at work waitressing so I will be on my feet all day and it gets very busy. Would I be overworking myself if I went to the gym afterwards too?
