would i be able to switch these rims and tires with no problem?

i currently have a 94 suburban with 35 inch mudd tires with 23 inch rims around them, 6 lugs. the truck has not been lifted at all to fit them.
i want to buy a 95 suburban that has 6 lugs with the regular 16s tires and rims on it.
would i be able to put the mudd tires and 23s on the 95 suburban, without a body lift?
would i have any problems?
