Short answer, no. The flight physical is rigorous for any of the branches of the military. You pretty much have to be in perfect health. They can't risk that your scoliosis is going to cause issues in any of the events possible when fighting a war (ie escape and evasion in the event you are shot down, etc).
I would call a recruiter to be 100% sure of your eligibility but having a civilian pilots license isn't going to help (you'd still have to go through the same training as everyone else)
