Would eating this help me lose 10 pounds in a month?

For breakfast a bowl of Chex or a breakfast bar if I don't have time.
For lunch a sandwich on wheat bread with cajun turkey and swiss cheese, maybe lettuce.
For dinner a salad with grilled chicken and a small amount of dressing.
For a snack Traditional Chex Mix, grapes, or apples with a small amount of peanut butter.
Drinking only water and occasionally apple juice.
