A AJAY New member Apr 3, 2010 #1 I am 16 and thinking of doing dumbbell exercises like reverse flies, lateral raises, curls etc. to build upper body and just doing body weight exercises like squats for legs. Would this stunt growth since I am quite short already? (5'8")
