I hate how most girls preach to you about waiting until you're married. I have one question: What if your significant other was horrible in bed?
I'm still a virgin, but I don't feel the need to wait until I'm married to have sex. What is your opinion?
I don't really find sex sacred, as much as I find it human/animalistic nature. To each their own I suppose.

I didn't wait. And I don't feel badly about it. Sex the first time is very disappointing. Therefore, I think waiting until the wedding night is setting yourself up for a painful, embarrassing, and awkward night.

Sex to me is just love making. As long as you're in love, happy, and in a stable relationship, I don't see why you would wait until marriage.

I am 21, not married, and in a 3 year relationship. Neither of us are virgins, and I don't see us getting married or having children any time in the near future. We are both too young, I am still in university. Contraception exists for a reason.

Even if you have sex with someone who you have strong feelings for, but you don't last "forever" it will still be veryy sacred once you do it with the person that you are married to. After all, sex=pleasure
