I learned that schools were payed to actively withhold sex education from students. Since when is going to school about having education withheld? Isn't that an insane waste of tax dollars, and students/teachers time? Don't students who are about to turn 18 NEED to know about sex, and birth control, and their legal rights, BEFORE they go off to college and put their bodies and their futures at risk?
