If I do insanity and go to the gym with that be healthy?
Here is my gym plan:
Monday: Chest and upper back
Tuesday: Arms and shoulders
Wednesday: Abs and obliques
Thursday: Legs
Friday and Saturday: Whatever I feel needs more work (less intense).
Also here is my diet routine:
7:00 - Breakfast: 4 egg whites and 2 slices of turkey bacon
11:35 - Snack: Protein - 1/3 cup protein powder in water and an apple or a banana
1:45 - Lunch: Fish, Chicken, or Turkey with veggies
3:30 - Snack: Protein - 1/3 cup protein powder in water and an apple or a banana
6:30 - Dinner: Fish, Chicken, or Turkey with brown rice, potato (sweet or white), or whole wheat pasta and veggies
9:30 - Dessert: A scoop of peanut butter with midnight moo or Protein pudding - protein powder mixed with skim milk and sugar free pudding mix
And I drink easily 15 cups of water a day.
