a 92-93 integra would be nice, either a GSR or an LS, its hard to find either car though not rotted out, they do have their ups and downs, on the integra, ive found that its a cramped space and doing anything more then basic work, requires modifications to the body and frame, to fit space for my intercooler pipes, i had to replace my traction bar. the DA parts are a little but rarer since the car was only made in 3 years, i specifically say though 92-93 because they are OBD1 making it possible to do a OBD2 swap with a K20 or a newer GSR motor possible, if you use a 90-91 you will have obd0 and options for motor work and tuning are cut in half. The 4th gen civic doesnt put out as much power but its a great turbo platform if you have the time and money, odds are though your looking for easy power go with the integra, you spend a grand on that car youll be at 150hp no problem without nitrous or a turbo, you can reach that just doing an LS/vtec conversion for about 500 bucks if you know what your doing.
