Would anyone mind if The comedian Andy Parsons was squished by a lethal fat person ?

I would mind, I think he is very funny. They have had duff guest comedians on Mock the Week, but I laugh at most of Andy's jokes in each episode. I don't have a problem with his delivery either, it makes him unique, as I haven't seen any other comedian deliver like him. Which is good, in my opinion.

Ha, there was a whole hour of him on the telly last night, Britain's Got Idiots. Common-sense humour clearly enunciated, yeah, just so you are not left in any doubt whatsoever of the punchline, right, usually in advance. Eh!
I wonder if he is distantly related to the Daleks.

I like him (only ever seen him on Mock the Week). I find him funny, and he keeps a political thread running through his jokes instead of, like some of them, going for every cheap joke he can think of.

I gave up on the stand-up show last night as after a solid 10 minutes (nigh on a quarter of the show once the piss-poor dancing "double" had exited stage left) he was STILL picking on the front row of the audience.

Note for Andy Parsons - You are NOT Dara O

Am I the only one that think's he is witty, but not funny?

He doesn't have the style of delivery to be a good/great comedian. Don't hate him though.

I find that on MTW, Russel Howard has a better delivery, but usually his material is a lot less funny.

Through no fault of my own, I was forced to sit through a Parson & Naylor stand-up show.

It was pretty woeful - they had about 15 minutes of average material, but needed to fill 2 hours. They just couldn't do anything off the cuff and it was embarrassing.

When the audience started shouting 'Get off', Andy Parsons said 'I'll just check if we can', checked, and said 'Apparently we can't. They were desperate to get off, nearly as desperate as we were for them to get off. He was checking with the producers every few minutes if they could leave and spent the rest of the time saying 'Well, what shall we talk about' before asking to leave the stage again. There were 2 of them - you'd've thought they could've come up with something

He seems so much better than that on MTW, but it could just be due to having time to put stuff together - not sure what his stand-up would be like.

I don't really have any strong feelings on Andy Parsons, some of his jokes are pretty good, his voice is annoying though - I'll give you that!

To me, he's just there... don't love him or hate him.

Before I'd have said, "I wouldn't mind, as long as he doesn't tell anymore jokes"...but now, I quite like him. :o Not the funniest person in the world, but theres helluva lot worse. And, he did make me laugh on the comedy gala yesterday. If he sticks to general satire, he can be quite good. :)
