Would an old rockford fosgate punch 800a2 be good to power 2 type r's?

not sure what the power rating is on those speakers but i know that amp is 2 ohm stable per channel and you should see like 400 rms on each channel if i remember right.

and just to let you know it really isnt stable at 1 ohm i read that it wasnt also but i figured hey its rockford fosgate its gotta be stable and totally burned it out tryin to run it at 1 ohm. moral of the story dont run it at 1 ohm haha

Have 2 Alpine Type R's SWR-1242D
can wire them up either 1 ohm or 4ohm
amp is not 1 ohm stable mono so that leaves me with 4 ohms.
i know these amps are underrated
anyways what i want to know is would this amp be a good candidate to power the alpines?
gonna buy the amp for $140 what are your thought on that?
also instead of the rockford thinking about a phoenix gold zx600ti for same price?
which amp? is that a good price? power alpines good? thanks
