Would an H.I.D kit work for a 2001 Toyota Camry?

I've seen many online done and even though the car isn't 'designed' for H.I.D's, will I blind people cause I think the camry is pretty good at not doing this.
I know the details and what brightness I want but the shape of the actual light and plastic and all that makes a difference doesn't it?
 
You probably should find a kit online at somewhere specializing in Camry's. I'm sure they have some somewhere! Even my 2000 S40 has a kit available!

Blinding people: it all depends on what brightness you use. You probably should do a little research. 3000K brightness will show up yellow, but if you go too high, you will not be able to see in the snow or rain. Plus they are quite expensive and if you get your finger oils on the bulbs, they burn out.
