Would America go to war if?

Our economy is not recovering according to Peter Schiff and George Celente.These guys predicted this economic recession we're in and they're predicting a great depression greater then the great depression in the coming years.
Our economy completely collapses and our dollars became worthless?

Would America be able to win a war against China?

Why China? because we are in debt to China.

America has the most advance military weapon in the world, so why wouldn't we go to war if there's another great depression.I just don't think our government would let America turned into a third world country.

Btw I just want to add that our economy is NOT recovering despite what you heard on TV.
