Would a yamaha TW200 make a good beginner bike?

I was considering getting either a new Kawasaki Ninja 250 or a used Suzuki sv650 but then I discovered the Yamaha TW200. Would any of you recommend the TW200 over the Ninja or SV650 for a beginner bike? If so....why? It is about the same price as a new Ninja 250.

The TW200 is a great bike for a beginner. I'd only recommend it over a Ninja 250 if you plan on going on trails or off road at all with it.
