The Windmill Palm can easily withstand annual winter temperatures dipping from 0°F to -10°F without any significant damage to its dark lustrous leaves. I know it has been freezing in the UK last week but these are the most cold hardy palms, they look cool and they an easily handle say 35-40 degrees in the day and 20 at night.
