Would a restaurant refuse to serve us?

A family member and I want to go out to eat some time, just by ourself. We're 14 years old. A restaurant has to serve us, right? As long as we have our money and everything? And we're not rowdy or anything. Plus, its not a fancy place, but it is a restaurant. I can't see why not, just want to make sure. Thanks! And good restaurant ideas? We live in NYC. We were thinking something like Friendlys or Pizzeria Unos.
 
Yeah they should let you in, they cant refuse you just because of your age.
But I would suggest APPLEBEE'S!!!! =-D
 
You will be OK ordering food and non-alcoholic drinks. They can refuse to serve you alcohol of course, because you are underage.
 
yes u can go because u said u are giving them money. and friendly's is a good idea! or like steak n shake
 
Ofcourse theyll serve you! Me and my friends go out all the time and were 14.

restaurants will server whomever comes in the door. unless your black!, than thats another story.
 
they should if you r going to pay them and behave and i would probably go with pizza
 
lol ever heard the saying money talks? yes you can be served. they may be a little worried about you paying the bill but they shouldn't say anything. money is money wherever is comes from. you should be fine. don't worry have fun!!!
 
I really doubt they won't. I mean... why wouldn't they? There isn't any good reason why they wouldn't.
 
hey, if they give you any problems its their loss...besides i dont think the will turn away paying costumers
 
No, they will not refuse to serve you guys. You are fine don't worry about it. Go out to eat and enjoy!
