Last night I had a weird dream and I thought about it and it might work. Couldn't the we put big terahertz frequency lasers on the rocky mountains like on the summits of Uncomphedgre, Massive, Lindsey, Blanca, Grand Teton, etc? They could be fired into a set of mirrors and lenses to focus them on the missile and they would use adaptive optics to correct for atmospheric distortion. They would be aimed by radar and by bouncing lasers off the missile. Terahertz frequency radiation will go through clouds and stuff and still hit the missile and it can be collimated, focused, and the frequency can be multiplied just like light. It would be better to have a nuclear weapon explode at 300,000 ft than right over a city and they system that uses anti missile missiles does not have any redundancy
