...yard in Maryland? And who are these people who go around stealing bicycles?? Is this still a big underground business, or have people moved onto bigger things since kids don't seem to be out riding bicycles much these days anyway?
So would you believe that I once had a bicycle stolen right out of our open garage while everyone was home??? In Utah! (I thought Utah was full of good people and there was no crime, hah!)
But here in Maryland in our particular neighborhood, kids leave their bikes laying around in their front yards day & night, and they haven't been stolen.
Strange, because there's a higher crime rate in Maryland than Utah.
Some things just don't make sense to me. I suppose the bottom line is that there are good & bad people everywhere, and eventually everyone has a brush or two with some bad people.
