Like for instance Fallout 5 The New Rapture.Where everyone from underground comes out and you have the people from the vaults battling the people from Rapture City.Instead of the just Ghouls you would also have the Spilcers to deal with.You could choose to either be on the side of Vault guys or play as a Big Daddy or Big Sister and destroy all the Vaults and everyone in it.They would constantly have to deal with everything that makes each game tough and appealing.Just think strolling through Fallout 3 as a Big Daddy.With all that open space and heck it would be a good match for the supermutants.
