would a B18C Integra Type-R fit in a 1999 or 2000 Honda civic Si?

OK so i am about to get a 1999 or 2000 honda civic si and i want to swap the motor to a b16b but i have been been doing some research and people are saying to get a B18C Integra Type-R then a b16b? which one is the better engine? a B18C Integra Type-R or a b16b? also im looking to mod the honda with turbo and stuff like that so which one would be better for me???
