Do the cars look identical? The Lesabre has gone through many changes in it's long lifespan. The 7th generation Lesabre was built between 1992 and 1999 so they should be compatible. The best and easiest way to check is to call a Buick dealer and ask the Parts Department if the part numbers are the same.
