would a 400 watt kicker amp power two 12 inch (1500w) alpine subs? ?

would a 400 watt kicker amp power two 12 inch (1500w) alpine subs? or do i need a more powerful amp?
also. are two batteries enough to power 2 amps and 4 subs?
 
yes, but you won't get the full kick/sound out of them. Plus if you turn your amp all the way up , you will get distortion. 400watt amp maybe 200w per channel. Check fine print.
